Saigon Masterclass SiD Systemic Sustainability

The training is a live, transformative experience; it focuses on rethinking sustainability from a systemic lens, and braining you up to speed with the basics of the Symbiosis in Development (SiD) framework. This enables you to start developing a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to systemic innovation, long-term strategy, and systemic changemaking.

Join an intimate group of professionals in a 2+1-day training to deepen your knowledge and understanding of sustainability. Symbiosis in Development (SiD) is a framework that focuses on the question: what is sustainability really, and how can we implement it for short term gain and long term results?

In the workshop you get hands-on with SiD, and learn how to apply its principles in real world cases. Participants receive an official SiD certificate upon completion.

During the training, we dive into

• Introduction of key concepts including integrated sustainability, systems thinking, co-creation, resilience theory, complexity theory, and participatory planning.
• ESG concepts and frameworks, and how they are related to sustainability strategy.
• Translating theory into practice via real, case-based, transdisciplinary team projects.
• Understanding how to apply systems thinking in your own work environment to design more creative, innovative, long-lasting solutions.

In addition

• Maximum of 12 participants ensures an intimate and dynamic group with adequate time for personal attention.
• Get a Certificate: At the end of the course, you receive a SiD fundamentals certificate.
