Except developed a streamlined service with over a dozen cities to transform urban areas into green gems. It delivers initial analysis to community involvement, impact analysis, concept development and an implementation plan. All that for an affordable price that allows any community or organization to start transforming their environments today.

Two streamlined services are available that can be combined or executed individually:

Service 1: Strategic Map for Green Transformation

Duration: 6 weeks

In this short strategic phase, we analyze the city or district as a whole, and pinpoint the most effective locations for a green transformation. We visit and map the locations, find opportunity locations, and identify where the biggest gains can be made and the best place to start. This is delivered in an 'opportunities map' that identifies concrete locations and what there is to gain from transforming them.

What We Do:

1. Analysis & Preparation – Collecting and reviewing documentation and existing plans.
2. Site Research – Meeting with key officials, followed by fieldwork with a designated contact person.
3. Processing & Initial Draft – Identifying at least six potential transformation locations.
4. Feedback & Review – Online meeting and feedback session.
5. Plan Presentation – Developing a strategic map, action plan, and timeline.
6. Final Presentation & Next Steps – Discussing outcomes and follow-up actions.

Service 2: Green Transformation location

Duration: 5 months

In this process, we transform a specific opportunity location into a green and attractive area. Co-creation is central to the process, involving direct stakeholders for a widely supported and sustainable plan. The outcome is a supported concept design with cost estimation and impact evaluation, and guidance on implementation.

What We Do:

1. Analysis & Preparation – Collecting and reviewing information, documentation, and city plans.
2. Site Visit & Exploration – Meeting with key officials and conducting an on-site visit.
3. Initial Concept & Co-Creation Preparation – Developing a first concept and designing an interactive co-creation session.
4. Co-Creation Session – Collaborating with residents, stakeholders, the municipality, and possibly universities or other institutions.
5. Processing & Adjustments – Integrating input and translating it into an initial sketch.
6. Presentation – Reviewing the concept with the municipality and collecting feedback.
7. Iterative Design Process – Refining the sketch, conducting a second co-creation session, and further improving the design.
8. Concept Design – Final adjustments and development of the definitive map and concept drawing.
